[SOLVED] RGB fusion not working, B450 Auros elite including fans

I have a ryzen 5 3600x using the latest bios and I have not been able to control the rgb, I've tried old rgb fusion software and the latest one, gone in the uefi and still hasn't changed. I'm using the coolermaster masterbox 5 lite rgb and have the fans plugged in into the 12V rgb onto the motherboard and they will not change color as well as the motherboard. I've tried all settings on the software and nothing will change, can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks.

Have you asked for help on the Gigabyte support forums?
Other users with your same motherboard and RGB software may know a solution such as using a specific version of the software or something else that someone who does not have that motherboard would not know.
