Hi, my new PC is like 7 months old and for the most part, I don't use the RGB lights, usually I just have them off.But yesterday I wanted to show them to someone and, they aren't working from the Case Led button (I only use that, I didn't install any software for it)So far here is the list of things:Motherboard: Asus Prime B760M-A CSM Socket 1700Case: Gamdias Athena M6 Lite Black,Things I checked:The Aura in the Bios is all On.PC wasn't moved,Opened PC from both sides and I didn't see any loose or disconnected cable.
PD: And yes, the fans work, only the lights don't

I disabled aura in the bios and it didn't work.
One thing I forgot to mention, the blue light power LED doesn't work either (the red one for ssd readings works), the reset button works, and the USB ports work too.

(pc turned off power supply switch off hold power button for a few seconds to discharge all power from motherboard etc pc may spring to life for a second thats normal.)

use anti static wrist strap if you dont have 1 hold the metal of case. ( precaution of static still present)

led light case light is easy fix that means the positive and negative led are wrong on the front panel just switch them around

theres a hub in the case make sure its all connected properly i found a review of how its wired.

I believe the case is a bit different because the back doesn't have this panel, most of the cables are connected to the PSU down there.

Also, do you think is really a problem of positive negative for the LED power light? because when I got the PC, the light was working fine, it was so bright it reached the ceiling, then i was thinking it was normal when it started to dim a little but now is totally gone.
Did they work before, and nothing has been changed since they were working?
Yeah I didn't change anything or move the PC.
I didn't know when the RGB lights from the fans stopped working because usually my PC is always on and I have them off, but this problem along with the LED power light makes me wonder if there are any long-term problems with my PSU that is a PSU MSI MAG A750GL 80 Plus Gold 750W ATX 3.0 PCIE 5.0 Modular.

Also another thing I did twice, If my PC is totally off (switch off and even disconnected) for several hours, all the fans have light but very dim and I can't change them or turned off with the case button and If turn off the PC and turn on again the lights are gone again.

Having the pins the wrong way round would damage the led possibly or just not function.

Also the hub at the back of the case must be plugged into a sata power connector. To PSU to provide power to it
