Nothing to fear!

AVault Undergoes Restructuring
As the new Editor-In-Chief of AVault.com, I would like to inform everyone
that despite what rumors on a number of other web presences would lead you
to believe, our site is not dead. We are currently restructuring the staff
department and preparing articles to bring you all new content in early
February.

The site will maintain its current image and it is likely that most readers
will not notice a significant change in the overall feel of the site. I
strive to maintain the style of AVault that everyone has grown to love over
the years and will continue to work hard to bring you news, reviews,
patches, previews and maintain the tradition of unbiased, thoughtful
writing.

I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused during
this period of reorganization and guarantee that the site will return
stronger than ever. While you're waiting for us to finalize our new
publishing schedule, I recommend visiting the AVault Forums which have
remained active despite the lack of updates on the front page.

Sincerely,
Brad Dickason
Editor-In-Chief

The site might be coming back, but all the staff that made it the great site
it once was are now gone. "Restructuring" the staff really means, we had to
go out and find all new people to run the site.

I bet ya a cookie that they'll be new banners, flash, and popup ads to
go with that shiny new site next month. I always liked the clean look
of that site, lets hope it stays that way.

In the early part of last year Avault was talking about going subscription
like Gamespot. I wouldn't be surprise if the "New" Avault starts charging.
I've really been missing Avault, it had become such a habit of mine to go
there every day. Now Gamespot is taking it's place. It will be interesting
to see what happens to the site over the next few months. JLC

If they were going to go down for months you'd think the dumbasses could
post a message saying so.
