Question ROG Strix G531 GT screen glitching after installing optional windows update?

Hi! After updating windows and optional windows update, my laptop screen become scrambled or glitching up and down. I realize that my refresh rate in display setting option has change from 60hz and 120hz to 48.000hz and 120.114hz. After I check the update history, it seems I have accidently install optional update " Acer Incorporated - Display - Acer LCD Monitor V173W" before the problem happen.

I have rollback update, uninstall the driver, update driver, format my laptop, and lastly even upgrade it to windows 11. The problem still persist. No forum and google result describing the same problems found. Please someone help me..

i would suggest you to reinstall windows 10 and halt the driver updates, use windows to software update the the feature, but the components drivers should be downlaoded and installed from official manufacturers website and install them
