Hey guys, first time posting so I apologize if I mess up the formatting and stuff. I have been reading for hours and hours and I am just quite frankly stumped.

Relevant Specs:
MOBO: ROG STRIX x570 I-Gaming ITX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x
GPU: MSI Aero 2070 ITX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600
PSU: Corsair SF600 80+ Platinum
Storage: Samsung NVMe 970 Evo Plus (500GB and 1TB)

Issue:
This is a new build and I just assembled the parts for it today. First time building a PC in quite some time so I am not too familiar with how things are supposed to go so I generally followed what I saw online. System powered on successfully. I created a bootable USB following the steps as shown here: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/creating-a-windows-10-boot-drive-is-really-simple-heres-how/

I followed how to install Windows on an NVMe drive as shown here: https://slickdeals.net/article/news/how-to-install-windows-10-on-an-m-2-ssd/

Problem is that when I restart, it doesn't boot into Windows and instead just boots into the BIOS. I am not sure what I am doing wrong ; ;

I followed the trouble shooting steps from a variety of other forums and posts about the same general issue but nothing worked:

Additionally I also called ASUS and they weren't particularly helpful. Eventually they just told me to unplug and re-plug the power and then hung up on me. Any help is much appreciated!!

Have the latest bios? Is pretty recent "Version 2606 from 2020/08/17"
Yup! Just to be sure I flashed the BIOS with the most recently released file I downloaded from the ASUS site. However despite flashing with the most recent file, in the "Main" tab in the BIOS, it says Build Date 2020/08/13, just 4 days off of what date of the file says on the website. I assume this isn't significant as there are no older BIOS version with that date in the "show other downloads" drop down.
