Question rtx 2060 worth it in 2024 for esports gaming?

pairing with i7 4770 (ik its old but from the recent reviews ive seen +the 40 price and mobos, it seems worth it imo.) 16 gigs of ddr3, and a 2.5 ssd. is it possible to play esports titles (such as val, cs2, fort, etc) at 1080p in 2024 with this pairing above 60fps?
