Question RTX 2080 fan blade broke

hey everyone! i just got a rtx 2080 and when i went to fix the sag that it had (msi rtx 2080 trio) one of the blades fell off. Is their any replacement fans or anything i can do? i really dont wanna rma it just for a blade that really isnt gonna affect temps. I dont see any temp problems its just one blade out of the torx 3.0 fan.

If you still have the blade, you can glue it back on with some superglue that uses a brush (make sure you get it on perfectly). You could also just leave it, which might cause it to be unbalanced and make a lot of noise... some people break off the blade opposite the missing one to negate this, but I wouldn't recommend that.
