Question Rtx 3060 not installing drivers

Just built a new pc installed drivers got a few games everything going good until I was playing rust and my game kept on crashing so I restarted my pc after that my gpu would not load the drivers and whenever I try to install them i get a black screen or it says successfull installation then asks to install again

Try BIOS to safe mode to uninstall the GPU driver and delete all files related to the driver then reboot.

Forgot to add that I have done this and reinstalled windows and still no luck
