While playing a game, first the screen suddenly freezes and after 2-3 seconds the monitors go off. 4-5 seconds of sound etc. It continues, then the DRAM and VGA lights on the motherboard blink and the computer restarts itself. The computer is considered newly assembled.
Everything is up to date (BIOS, drivers etc.). It happens exactly once a day, so I monitor it with Afterburner, abnormal temperature etc. The situation does not appear. I see from the Core CPU there is no problem. I'm doing the FurMark test, no problem. Bencmark test, no problem. OCCT test, no problem.I changed the cables, changed the power supply, even moved the house and tried it, no problem. I looked in the forum and many people have encountered this problem in the past, but there doesn't seem to be a clear solution recently. If anyone has experienced this before and was able to solve it, I would be very grateful if anyone could help me.

System:

Gigabyte Z490 vision g 5000MHz(OC) DDR4.
Intel Core i7 11700K 2.9GHz 16MB.
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 vision OC 12 GB GDDR6 192.
Thermaltake 16 GB (2x8GB) Toughram RGB white 3200mh.
Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W PSU with 80+ 120mm fan.
Kingston 500GB A2000 NVMe M.2 SSD.

which other PSU did you try?

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

run the RAM @2133MHz to check if it happens then too

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware

use ddu uninstaller and reinstall the latest graphics driver

-I tried it with Game Power's 650w PSU.
-I reset the bios, nothing changed.
-I checked windows.
-I did a clean install 3 times
-I checked the memories.
-I swapped the ram and tried it.
-I tried uninstalling the video card driver with ddu.
nothing has changed.

BIOS is version F23?

run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware

other than that:
check the CPU socket of the motherboard for bent or discolored pins
reseat the GPU
try a different PCIe slot
be sure all cables are plugged in on both sides, motherboard, GPU and PSU

yes f23. This started happening after f22 by the way cpu an water cooling systm
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/67065982
-no discolored pins
-all software is update

By the way, these started to happen after the processor and liquid cooling were replaced under warranty. However, when checked one by one, there is no problem with the parts. and the system works smoothly with other graphics cards. The strange thing is that my graphics card works on other computers without any problems.
