RTX 3060Ti Master Aorus Gigabyte
32gb corsair vengeance
CX550 Corsair

I don't know why but in COD CW or MW I had Bottleneck, first image, I don't know what to do, I made an overclock to 4.3 and 4.5 and it keeps stuttering

Likely a different problem. To diagnose if it really is a cpu bottleneck, while playing COD check cpu and gpu usage (using msi afterburner, not taskmanager.)

Those 2 games hammer 6 thread CPU’s, those games can use 12 threads when available. I would expect very high cpu usage but you should be getting good FPS.

What FPS are you getting?
What resolution and game settings are you running?
What is your gpu usage while in game?
What is your cpu usage on each thread while in game?

Esses 2 jogos martelam cpu's de 6 threads, esses jogos podem usar 12 threads quando disponíveis. Eu esperaria um uso muito alto da CPU, mas você deve estar recebendo um bom FPS.

I resolve the problem, I OC my cpy to 4.3, watching the temp.
