Question RTX 3070 keeps going black

I have an ECM73070C that comes with an RTX 3070 and the graphics card was having random freezes before, I updated the drivers and now it randomly goes black for a moment and then comes back after few seconds. It doesnt matter what i have on. Changing the cable port on my monitor fixes it somehow but its really annoying because sometimes that doesnt work either.

What can be the cause of this? should I reinstall the driver? or windows? Or is it something else?

I updated the drivers and now it randomly goes black for a moment and then comes back after few seconds.
Can you walk us through how you updated the driver? You're advised to use DDU to uninstall all GPU drivers, then manually install the latest driver sourced off of Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

As for the barebone you own, what BIOS version are you on at this moment of time?

yes, i went into safe mode, removed the drivers with ddu and then installed the drivers that way because I kept getting freezing issues. It resolved that but now I have this probem. My Project Version says B440P011 x64. I am not sure if that would help. EC Version is ECB440003ZT

I would check the cable. It might be failing.....
