As the title says my GPU an Nvidia 3090 FE is making very loud, very rapid clicking noises sometimes when it is under load. It does not crash but the noise is extremely unpleasant and I want to know if there is a way to stop it or at least what's causing it.

If not I may have to claim warranty as fortunately the card was bought new from a Nvidia partnered retailer

Unless you can visibly see something hitting the fan (take a look when the PC is off for a wire or something) I would just file for an RMA.
Most likely there is nothing you could do without disassembling it and voiding the warranty.

Got a case with a glass screen, when I first heard it I also thought it was a loose cable but no such cable is getting whacked by the fan

I bought through Scan.co.uk so I'd imagine I would RMA through them?

If you are within your return period, you contact the retailer.
If you are outside that period (usually 30-90 days) you contact the manufacturer, which in this case would be Nvidia since its an FE model.
It's outside the 90 days, got the card in April of 2021 (Don't ask how I managed that)
