Rtx 4060ti problem

After installing my friend New Pc

Rog asus strix z690-F
G.skill trident z5 32gb ddr5 6400mhz
Intel i7 13th gen


This is happen only in start and the bios

I tried the display port from my motherboard
And it’s normal but if i try to the 4060ti its like that in the picture only in start up and bios

Try uefi mode (disabled csm).
