Hello everyone,
I recently got an RTX 4070 card after finally saving up for it, and after running some games on it (including CP2077) I noticed that on open hardware monitor, under the clock option, besides the GPU and Memory clock, there is also a SHADER clock, which for some reason it shows 0.0 MHz. I should also add, that the it has the 572.70 version of the Geforce Game Ready Driver

Is this normal with this card? Is there a problem with the card itself? A driver issue? Anyway that got me a little worried, and I would love it if someone can answer.
It's paired with an i5 10400f, and a z490-A pro motherboard. PSU is a corsair rm850

Thank you for reading my thread, heres a screenshot as well.

Did you run DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually installing the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

PSU is a corsair rm850
How old is the PSU?

a z490-A pro motherboard

?
If so, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Thank you for answering so quickly. Yes, that's exactly the motherboard, PSU is brand new, had to upgrade that as well since my old one didn't have enough power for an RTX 4070. I didn't run DDU, I basically removed my older ASUS RTX 2060 and plugged in the 4070. As for the bios version, I'm not sure which one it is
