my rtx 2080 usage eventually drops and my cpu rises,gpu from 95 to 70~ and my cpu from 40 to 80~....I tried everything in the world But here some of it
1-Reinstalled Windows
2-disable windows graphicdynamic by cmd
3-DDU
4- Lower the game video settings
5-Underclock the GPU and overclock it
6-Empty Standby
7-Transfer the game to m.2
8-Reset BIOS and disable every overclock.
9-test other games but same problem
10- changed it to fullscreen, windowed and bordless window.
12-turned off gsync
13-customised nvidia control panel and window 10 for the best gaming performance.
14-gen 3 on mobo.
15-disaple hpet
16-tried Nvidia customer service but they are just a nightmare to deal with

Corsair 8x2 3200hz
Z370 aorus g5
750 corsair psu
Two monitors 4k 60hz,2k 144hz(and yes i tried take one off and test but nothing changed)
I also don’t think it’s just my gpu because i saw people have the exact problem as mine even my friend have it(same gbu but different company)
Please help me it’s a frustrating problem
