Running ms-dos game on win me

i've been running windows me for a while and i have tried installing the ms-dos game Dark Sun - Shattered Lands but 2 but everytime i click on the install button nothing happens. Is there a way to install it?

Are you running in the simulated DOS or just clicking on the install icon in Windows Explorer?
