Could be a number of things... My first suggestion would be to get a program
like Adaware or Spybot and search and remove any spyware/adware programs that
may be on the system. I use Adaware, but I've read good things about Spybot.
I'm sure there's other programs for this purpose as well.
Another thing to check is on the Advanced tab of the Internet Options. Under
the "Browsing" section, ake sure there is a check in "Disable script debugging",
and make sure there is NOT a check in "Display a notification about every script
error". Although I'm not sure those would have anything to do with runtime
errors.
Also, I'm sure this goes without saying, but make sure your antivirus is up to
date. If not, update it and scan the system.
That's all I can think of for now. I'm sure others will have suggestions.
