i'm combine i3 2120 + Gigabyte Rx 460 2Gb
my game is GTA V
status: crash & drop from 60fps to 12,13fps
what's the matter with my pc..??

what's cpu upgrade ??

Thats Bottlenecking large fps spikes ups downs upgrade your cpu to either I3 6100 or core i5 4th gen onwards

just upgrade to a quad core. you can get an i5-2400 used or on ebay for pretty inexpensive. gta5 is cpu bound and stressful areas are hammering your i3.
