RX 570 4GB vs RX 580 8GB

Greetings!

Looking forward for an upgrade for my old system. Playing only MMORPG (Black Desert Online) atm. Not planning to play anything else. Options are:

My system:
i5 3570 non-K(will upgrade for i7 3770 later)
16gb ddr3 ram
MSI Armor R9 380 2GB
450w Seasonic Gold PSU

Question: My monitor is 75hz only. Is it worth spending extra 70$ on 8gb RX 580 or 4gb RX 570 will be more than enough for 1080p @ 75hz? I am concerned about my PSU as well since RX 580 suppose to be more power hungry.

With Black Desert Online, the 570 will do just fine. It will do well even in AAA titles, if you can give up on some quality.
