Question RX 570 black screen after gaming and then "No signal"

Hi!
I have a problem. Pc crash while gaming with "no signal" after.

GPU has newest driver. install couple days a go. I tried unplug gpu and then plug in. Nothing. tried plug in a second pci(slower) ,nothing.

But when I plug hdmi into motherboard there is a singnal and i normally goes to windows and works fine without issue.

Is gpu died or?
please can you help me?

Gpu: rx 570 Asus 4gb expedition
Mbo: Asus z97-p
Ram: 8gb Hyper x 1600mhz ddr3
fractal design R5 with 2 coolers ( 1 front and 1 behind)
Hdd WD 1tb green
Psu: Corsair 750W RM750X

And I tried my gpu with friends pc and it doesn't work. 3 bip when he tries to turn on pc.

obviously my gpu die. Am I right?

the same thing happened when I watching youtube with integrated gpu. maybe is problem with my psu,also?
doesn't send enough power?
