Question Rx 5700 enough for streaming?

Im thinking getting a ryzen 3600 and rx5700 for gaming and streaming PC, but my question is if the GPU is enough for it.
It will be enough for streaming in 720p60fps the upcoming games for like 2 years at least?
(Sorry for my bad english i'm portuguese)

nvidia has better encoding for streaming and recording. 2060 super is recommended
