Question RX 580 8GB

I installed an RX 580 8GB graphics card on an Intel DB85FL motherboard, the graphics card is powered by a 6+8 pin connector. Power supply is Be Quit 630 w, RAM 16GB, 500GB SSD+500GB HDD storage, processor i5-4570. Every time I turn on the computer I hear 4 beeps, and after that Windows 11 starts normally, I just have to wait for those 4 beeps to pass. The service center told me that the beeps are due to the incompatibility of the graphics card and the motherboard, and that nothing is wrong.

As the service center mentioned.. It's prob a incompatibility code. So what I understand is if the PC posts, and gives a video output.. Send it and game

How old is the PSU and what did it power prior to the RX 580? Speaking of RX580, which one do you have to work with?

Are you on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard?

The problem besides the 4 beeps is that Windows doesn't load POST, I can't enter the BIOS, only if I remove the graphics card.

Were you able to access the BIOS when the RX 480 GPU was installed ? If there is indeed a compatibility issue with the 580, then you might be needing an upgrade of your current motherboard.

Is the Intel DB85FL motherboard's BIOS fully up-to-date ?

Intel DB85FL motherboard's BIOS is not fully up-to-date , can you help me how to up-to-date?

When was RX 480 GPU I Didn't access BIOS I had no need.
