I bought the Gigabyte RX580 Gaming 8G about 4 weeks ago, it was $180 on newegg with promo code, and also included $20 mail-in rebate and 2-games... This isnt as good of a deal, but its still up there!

Been playing The Division 2 on the card and it runs between 60-100fps 1080p @medium with a few changes:
DX12
Scaling set to 85%
Fog set to low

Max temp I've seen is 75C.

Not a great deal, but pretty good. But there's an Asus variant for about $174 from NewEgg without the need for any rebate.
