RX 590 Fatboy No Video Signal

Hello,
I've just bought a new PC and I'm having a big issue . My card doesn't send any signal to display through hdmi a dport... The only I can get to work is the DVI output, but I'm getting it looks like this:

I've tried a GTX 1060 card, and it worked just fine. My specs are:

MoBo: B350 PC Mate
Ryzen 5 2600
Rx 590 Fatboy
16GB Hyperx Predator RAM
Samsung SSD

PSU is 600W. I have no idea if this is a problem with software or hardware. PC is running through POST just fine, I even manage to install Windows 10 on it, but when I attempted to install drivers it crashes... Please help, because I don't have any idea for now...

Sounds like you got a bad GPU, I'd return it for another

Usually a sign that the card has issues.

There has been a ton of issues with 580's and now the 590's.

I had to RMA all three of my 580's , ports stopped working.

Considering the 1060 worked fine it looks more like a hardware issue (the 590 or PSU), what is the exact model of the PSU?

Model of PSU is SilentiumPc Vero M2 Bronze 600W. So the best solution would be to return my card, I hoped that its something with software. Anyway, thank you very, very much for your help!
