[SOLVED] RX Vega 56 Black Screen

I don't exactly know where to post this so I'll post this here.

I have been having random black screen crashes while in games, I check temps and they are at most 60C.
I'm not sure if it's my power supply but I'm no expert and need help diagnosing my problem, I'd be grateful for any help anyone could give me.

Specs:
Cpu: Ryzen 7 2700x
Gpu: Asus ROG Strix Vega 56
Ram:G.Skill 16GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming
Psu: SeaSonic G-750 SSR-750RM 750w 80 Plus Gold

Update:

It seems even watching videos on youtube causes the black screen and totally crashes my computer.
I've tried under-volting my Gpu but still crashes, I've also reinstalled my video drivers and reset the bios,
to see if that helps but no luck there it even crashes in solitaire and minesweeper, not sure what else to do.

Update 2:
Bought a new power supply the Seasonic Focus Plus 850 Platinum and my computer has not crashed since
so I guess problem fix thanks.
