Question ryzen 3 3200g slow fps when playing games

So I'm a total newbie when it comes to building PC's and recently I built my first one, and its successful, the only problem I have is that when I tried playing a low demanding game the game was running slow and I'm trying to find the reason for it. sorry if I'm asking a typical newbie question, thank you in advance.

my PC specs :

cpu: ryzen 3 3200g ,
ram: 16gb,
motherboard: msi A320m-a pro max,
gpu : integrated vega 8 graphics .

Did you verify they are installed in the correct slots and operating in dual channel mode? CPU-Z will tell you under the memory tab.

cpu usage: 95%,
ram usage: 1517.8 MB,
fps : goes straight down to 7

So It is running on dual and in the correct slots
