Hello, first post, looking for advice.

About 2 weeks ago I started getting some 'artifacts' appear on screen when using Google maps. Didn't think much of it until it happened again and again. In the last few days it has gotten worse - I'm now seeing artifacting on youtube videos and pictures, even when using adobe software like Lightroom and Photoshop.

I've browsed around and many people have said it's a GPU issue. I'm using a Ryzen 5 2400g with Vega 11 graphics APU. I've checked the temperatures and they are absolutely fine, never goes above 65 degrees celcius when using the most demanding software I use, Lightroom. I don't game, I don't overclock, I built this PC in March. I've ruled out my monitor and HDMI cable, still got artifacting on a different screen and cable. The artifacting begins after around 45mins of use and progressively gets worse.

Ram is 2x8gb 2666mhz DDR4 Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard is an MSI B450 gaming pro carbon AM4

I took a picture last night of the artifacting on google maps to show you what I'm dealing with. Bit of noob, any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
