Question Ryzen 5 2400g cpu oc

Hello guys im new to oc'ing

Is it safe for me to overclock ryzen 5 2400g to 3.9 with stock cooler and voltage at auto ( cant set voltage using my mobo)

Ryzen 5 2400g
Rx 570 4gb red dragon
Gigabyte b450 ds3h
2x4 crucial 2666mhz clock to 2833

As long as the temps stay safe, yes. Use Ryzen Master to watch core temps.

I tried 3.9 with stock cooler but my temps gone high ( 60 on Idle and 90 on Gaming)
then i lowed it to 3.8 and its Normal as base speed....Apex Legend working @ 60fps @ High Settings

So we do have the same oc at 3.8 stable with good temps
gotta stick with 3.8 i guess 👍

Test it on your rig with your case cooling in your ambient temps. Not all CPUs react the same. Might have a better binned chip. (or worse)
