Question Ryzen 5 2400g vs Intel i5 9400f

Hey guys i live in India and i was looking to build a pc. Ryzen 5 2600 costs around 240$ here. I will use this pc to game edit videos and also for graphic design. So considering all this pls recommend a good cpu.

If you have a graphics card, then the intel i5 9400F would be a better choice, if you don't have a graphics card then the Ryzen 2400G would be the option to get since the 9400F has no integrated graphics.

I would go for Amd Whit no doubts about it, just get an r5 2600 or r5 2600x paired with a b450 motherboard.
If you tell me your budget I could help you decide for other parts.
