I assume you can boot into Windows to install the drivers? I also assume you didn't nuke the old windows and do a clean reinstall from scratch after doing a processor upgrade?

Go get latest copy of Display Driver Uninstaller and completely clean old display drivers from the system...

Go get latest copy of Display Driver Uninstaller and completely clean old display drivers from the system:

After you do that also go get latest AMD chipset drivers and install them.

Alternative is to nuke windows and do a clean install, but also be sure to install latest chipset drivers first.

Thank you all for the quick reply, the computer guy who helped me assembled my pc installed windows 10 2015 version so I was not able to install any motherboard drivers, I tried updating windows 10 to the latest updates but that kept failing so I downloaded the latest windows 10 build into a flash drive and booted from it and did a fresh install and now everything works fine and I was finally able to install all the necessary drivers, I built this pc mainly for casual gaming and I primarily play lol, before installing the drivers I was averaging around 10fps in the highest setting at 1080p after the drivers where installed I am averaging around 130fps, end of the day I am happy I could play games with good fps without a graphics card.
