Question RYZEN 5 3400G not booting bios

So i recently downgraded my processor to 3600x to 3400g but the processor is not working. My 3200g on the other hand works but the 3400g is not despite not having any broken pins. I tried updating my bios. Fans, cooler are working, just no bios.

Is the cpu dead?
