[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 3600 vs i5 10400

Budget (including currency): 68,000 Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) - only for the CPU and Motherboard
Country: Sri Lanka
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Video Editing, Light CAD, Gaming, 3D Workloads with Cinema4D and Octane Renderer, Running Virtual Machines (Specially Kali Linux)
Other details : i have selected all the parts i want, i just cant decide weather to buy a i5 10400 or a r5 3600


i5 10400 + ASUS ROG STRIX B460-H GAMING (68K LKR for both)
or
Ryzen 5 3600 + MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX (68K LKR for both)


I am planning to use this CPU for around 7-9 Years (what combination will be the most durable??)
I will be using it with the stock cooler for a while (maybe 6 months) and then, i will be upgrading to a CM Hyper 212x
for now, i will use this with 32GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GBx2 ram and a GTX 1650 MSI VENTUS GDDR6 (thats fine, i wont be changing it again)
I will be upgrading the RAM to 64GB and i will be Upgrading the Graphics Card on the way (after 5 years, finishing my exams)
