Question Ryzen 5 5700g dropping to 0.38GHz causing significant performance issues

Computer Type: Desktop

CPU: RYZEN 7 5700g 8 CORE 16 THREADS

Motherboard: Biostar B550M

BIOS Version: American Megatrends International, LLC 5.17 03/12/2021

RAM: 16GB Hyper X Fury 3200MHz

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO 10.0.18363

Chipset Drivers: It says SATA AHCI Standar driver

Background Applications: None

Description of Original Problem: I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5700g, my issue only happens when playing videogames my fps suddenly drop to 1-10fps, on task manager I see my cpu speed drops to 0.38GHz when these lag spikes occur.

Troubleshooting: Did a clean driver install using DDU to remove them first.
I changed several settings on my bios including fTPM to dTPM, changing my RAM from 2666Mhz to 3200MHz. Nothing seems to be working.

Make sure Windows power plan is sent to "Ryzen Balanced"

I downloaded the latest chipset drivers but I dont see any ryzen power plans

MS did away with that awhile ago, didn't they? It's just the balanced power plan now.

Did you check for the temperatures? Cause it might be a throttling issue.
