Question Ryzen 7 7700X not working properly?

Got a new pc me and my cousin got the same one here are my settings the issue i see is that the APU GFX Clock speed doesnt move? on a worse pc i was able to run better frames in stronger instances. Not sure what the proplem here is tbh... And not sure how to fix it. I changed the move to precision and it said it could do it but not sure if it changed anything.

RTX 4080 SUPER
AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core
32GB DDR5 RAM
B650 EAGLE AX MotherBoard

It's not an APU, just has elementary IGPU that is miles away from your 4080 and at level of 1030 or less. Ryzen 5xxxG and 8xxxG have much better IGPU. Unless you have a monitor connected to MB and a program forced to use IGPU, it will not change frequency. If you need IGPU so badly, switch CPU to 8700G which has same performance but much better graphics.
