Bought 7500f about 3 months ago, seeing some strange behavior. First of all, sometimes system freezes for a split second on load, however, never seen it freezing while idling or doing easy work. Second, when using sleep mode, it usually freezes for 10 seconds on wake up, and then it might become responsive or freeze altogether.
These freezes do not occur frequently, so it's not actually disrupting anything, but i'm still concerned about cpu's health.
I'm sure i never overclocked or undervolted cpu in bios, though not sure about PBO being on or off.
Might those freezes occur because of boosted clocks? As far as i've seen on 7500f's specs, max clock should be 5 GHz.
