Hi guys!

Planning to build my first-ish pc for moderate gaming, modeling, working etc, this month, since it's a budget build i'll list the components and ask questions after:
-MSI B450 Tomahawk
-Ryzen 5 3600 (new gen)
-RX 580 8GB
-Corsair 2x8gb ram 3000
-Any 500gb nvme ssd
-650W Corsair PSU can't remember which
-Aerocool cylon atx

-First of all, is it worth my time and money to wait a few days/weeks before ordering for the cpu? Or should i stick with actual ryzen? (Bear in mind I have a b450 board, which means flash bios, is it dangerous? No way i'm upgrading to the doubled price x570)
-Is it a good idea to buy that cpu to be futureproof considering the fact that there will be bottlenecking with my gpu (i know it, i'm just an hardcore gamer and prob won't need rendering power)
(-650W enough i think? Its only 80Plus but its better than having a 550W 80PlusGold i suppose)
-Does that sound like a balance build? Kinda new to this but i think i'm asking the right questions and knowing if it's balanced or not takes a lot of knowledge i think.

(Bonus: want to change keyboard too, any suggestion for 60-80$/€? My pick was LG G413 carbon)

Thanks a lot guys!
