Hello,

I recently built a new PC based on Z390 chipset but I carried over some components of an older Ryzen setup like the RAM, GPU and PSU. The other components are new, and this old ones were performing nice on the other build.

I know there's no such thing like Intel RAM or AMD RAM, but I dont know if this can be causing me inestabilities because Im getting some BSODs hardware related like machine check exception and clockwork watchdog timeout. This happens randomly after running games or some heavy load task.

Also my CPU is under performing, and I dont know if it has something to do with it.

Here is the Userbenchmark and my specs, and here are the dump files.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It sounds more like you have a processor issue than a memory issue...the clockwork watchdog issue is indicative of a processor error.
I did try to reset them, change places, and even running with only one stick at a time and replace it.
In the motherboard they are placed in the correct slots and i have XMP disable. Either way they are running at the manufacturer specs with XMP or without it.

Wow a faulty CPU, that is pretty rare, glad you got it fixed. I did see where Carey Holtzman was trouble shooting in a YouTube video and that was what was wrong. The one he had wouldn't let windows install. It was an INTEL. He got it replaced under warranty and the replacement worked fine. He tried another CPU to make sure it was not the motherboard. He got a bad EVGA PSU out of the box the other day.
