Ryzen1700x High Temperatures

Just upgraded MOBO, CPU and RAM. Temperature of my CPU can get to 50-65 when idle and 65-75 when under load/gaming. These temperatures seem high, reading from the Ryzen Master app. I am using a Cooler Master Hyper T4.

Thinking of trying to reseat the fan, but seems like others have run into similar issues. Not sure if the XMP is making it run any hotter. I am open to buying a new cooler but I've seen similar reports of this issue from people with more advanced coolers. Everyone seems to think this is way to hot, but is Ryzen something that just runs a lot hotter? Is it safe to run at this temp? Thanks in advance.

GPU: EVGA GTX 970
CPU: Ryzen 1700x, no OC
Motherboard: MSI X370 GAMING PRO CARBON
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz, Defaulted at about 2100Mhz, XMP to 2966Mhz
PSU: EVGA 600B, 600W
Windows 10

All AMD Ryzen X series Processors have a 20 degree offset, this means that all Ryzen CPUs will say their temperature is 20 degrees higher than it actually is

Thanks for the reply, but these readings are from the Ryzen Master app which accounts for this offset. Matches tdie temp in hwinfo as well.

No problem. I'm gonna try a new case, mine doesn't really have any good airflow. Might need a new cooler otherwise.
