s-video help

Hi All

I have a new HP Pavilion ZD7058CL. I'm having a problem with the S-Video. I
can't get it to work.
i was on the phone with hp for over an hour till the guy said i would need
to send it in.
i didn't have it but 8 days so i took it back where i bought it and got
another one.
the same thing is happening with this one so i don't think it's a hardware
problem.
maybe just a setting i missed.
Does anybody have any ideas?
