Safe e8400 core temps

I have my e8400 clocked to 3.825. It is lapped and cooled with a zerotherm nirvana with mx-2. I dont know weither I should trust core0's temp. It never goes below 40c in core temp (39c real temp) and seeing a differece of as much as 10c between cores is not uncommon. It runs stable. Handles whatever I throw at it. Core0 tops out at 63c core temp (53c real temp). Core1 tops out at 57-58c. Should I worry? Should I even trust these temps?

Don't use Core Temp, as it's Tjunction Max value is incorrect for 45 nanometer processors. You can trust Real Temp, because unlike Core Temp, it's Tjunction Max value is based upon research, testing and analysis.
