Safe MB temp?

How hot can the MB reading get? My PC Probe today started alerting me that my MB temp was 45C anf it did not like that. Kind of startled me, I think my exhaust fan in the back of my case has decided it likes running very slowly so I guess I need to change that.

Just curious about whether I should be worried or not.

45C really isn't all that hot. My mobo is running at 38C idle right now and on my old PC it used to run around 45-47 idle. Believe me 45C is nothing to worry about.
