What is the safe temp max for a 5000+ Black Edition? Right now running prime 95 I have a temp of 41c using Easy Tune 5 from Gigabyte to get my temp. I have the Multiplier set to 15x and its clocked to 3.1ghz thanks for the help

Max safe temp? What do you mean by that?If you mean the highest good temp it will be around 55*C.Try to not hit ,,cold bug,, on 60*C

Use CoreTemp/CPUID HWMonitor to get your temperatures.
Coa said the rest. 55°C is still safe, 60°C is not really a good idea. Everything above that is a BAD idea. :)

EDIT: I think the thermal limit (IE shutdown) is over 70°C but I'm not sure about that.

Thanks guys for the answers right now I am will under 55c (current temp. under full load is 45c with a v-core of 1.36volts and a core clock of 3.2ghz) Right now I am setting pretty happy and everything seems to be stable and it doesn't sound like my temps will be a problem
