[SOLVED] Same Bios Version Different date

Hello.
I just bought a Asus Z97 K motherboard a second hand one and i have noticed that the BIOS version is the same version like the version on the Asus site but the version of Asus site has a more recent date like a year difference.
Is the same version or is diferent version? Worth updating? I am prety scared updating the BIOS because i have heard alot of bad stories. And the update file is a .CAP file and i also dont have Asus EZ update available for this mobo.

If you ask why i want to update the BIOS so bad?
I have a problem with the SATA HDD and SSD looking as a removable devices at safety remove.

I will maybe install a new windows 10 copy if the other fixes from internet doesnt work for the safety remove problem.

Found the problem. The hot plug was enabled by default in the BIOS so all drives where read at safety remove as removable drives.
