Same box, what's the difference?

How come some CPUs have the same box and same number, but are priced/listed separately? Such as:

Also, which is a good core? Is Venice good, or do you guys recommend something else?

Second, is there a huge difference between the 3200+ and 3500+, or just minimal?

Lastly, are the included HS/Fan any good, or should I opt to get another one? I'm not planning to OC BTW
 
They must have change the price or to see how many suckers would fall for paying the higher price. Don't you think?

If your not planning to overclocking the cpu then get the 3500 and the stock should be good enough.

Not interested in dual core?
