I made the same mistake twice in a personal laptop , broke some plastic parts on a power button cover of an Acer aspire 6930g ....
My dream job was repairing pc's since my 17 years old , I have a project with a friend but if something likethis would happen in a client laptop ?
For the first time in a long time I have thoug that maybe I am not the right guy for this type of jobs ...

Should I keep working on this ?

We've all broken things trying to "fix it".
Learn from that mistake, and try not to do it again.
Experience is what you get when things do not work out as planned.

Keep at it and try to not make the same avoidable mistake twice.
The thing is that I made the same mistake twice as I said :( ... I opened the laptop to clean up , seems that I've made the harder job and with the easy part I have made a mistake :(
