Question Samsung 970 EVO Slow Read Speeds

Hi

Can someone help me understand why my Samsung SSD 970 EVO is showing such slow read and write speeds compared to what was advertised?

You are running windows on it aswell as background programs during benchmark
this will slow it down.

BIOS update, Samsung drivers all up to date?

Everything has been updated. All these problems showed up after I had reinstalled windows on to the m.2 . formatting the previous C drive on the m.2 itself.

Any help would be appreciated.

all correct B150 drivers installed? Samsung NVME driver installed?

Make sure write caching is enabled.

My CPU is a i5 6600, 16gb of ram. Latest Samsung NVME drivers and SSD firmware installed, Windows 10 version 2004 running.
