Hello! I have a Samsung C27JG5x monitor, and I have had it for a while now. Yesterday, I noticed that there is a 1 pixel wide line running down my monitor vertically. It appears to be every other pixel, so I suspect the problem is in 1 of the two interlace field drawers. I don't really know the physical part of monitors though so I might be wrong. I put on a solid pure red and the line disappeared, but with solid blue or green it appears completely black, so I believe the green and blue subpixels are dead or stuck at 0. The line also runs over the monitor settings screen, so it's not an OS thing. It has a VA panel, if that means anything.
I have tried things such as JScreenFix, but to no luck. I think this is physical. However, I'd like to not damage it more so if anybody knows what the best course of action would be to fix this, please let me know!
Thank you very much!
