While the GPU is from AMD, I am not sure how competitive it will be in the Windows space. All PC games are optimized for AMD and Intel CPUs, and with ARM chips not being able to run Windows applications natively, I seriously doubt it will make it gaming worthy, at least not this early,

Samsung Exynos chips on mobile phones lacked two things : Faster GPU and better battery life (compared to QUALCOMM)

On the other hand , their multicore CPU performance are better.

by including AMD GPU and the fact that laptops batteries are huge .. they will outperform Qualcomm CPU , it is a good move.
