Samsung SP2514N alow only 40G partition

On Samsung SP2514N 250G hdd I can't create partition larger then 40G !?

What partition type are you trying to create?
Windows 2000 Professional and XP Professional cannot FORMAT a volume larger than 32 GB in size using their native FAT32 file system on installation.

Some jumper settings limit the capacity to 32 GB.

Is this a new empty drive, or does it already have space allocated to existing Partitions?
