SATA Version?

How can I find my SATA version easily on my notebook? I want to replace it with a new SSD. I don't want to take it apart to the mobo and see the wiring, and I have no idea what motherboard this is. The notebook is a Toshiba Satellite L635. Any help? Thanks.

Here is one source if that your model type. Doesn't give much on what SATA speed is but I would bet on 3 gb/s. Even if the SSD is 6 gb/s, it will run at 3.
